April gave me this print last Christmas. It looked like the circle project to me at that time. I love it.

However, today I look at it and understand why I blog. There is a world wide web of other women out there and they encourage and support each other.

There are times when we cannot emotionally take the time to post or even to read other blogs. I am in one of those times.

Yay women.

I still feel your supportive energy.

My first thought was "every one wants a piece of me"
I guess interpretation depends on where your head is at the moment.
Cheers Jan

This is great. And so true. Yay for women supporting each other - it's every bit as necessary and natural and nourishing as oxygen. (I'm in one of those times, too. Sigh.)

Soooooo beautiful... women supporting women, hands holding us up, helping us, connecting each other.

What a wonderful piece of work.

Love to you, and sending good energy across the waves.

I see mom's (judy) influence in April's drawing! Circles, hands, the whole thing looks like thread work.

April is wise beyond her years.
And I agree it is like blogging... a blogging circle stretching around the world.
Yay Woman!

I have just left a similar muted time as well... But I even thought I had lost this supportive energy flow. Time of doubt...

We do need to celebrate this Every Day! Yay

The heart has so much power. To sit with it and meet it and ride its storms we find even more power, more Love empowering our lives.

Lovely gift. Planting flowers.
.

I forgot to mention, that Carol Shields quote and then the link to the blurb about the Scarf... what a punch. What a lesson. I've got to read the story still, but have shared the message with some others and they seem to make instant connection to the metaphor ... at first we are all saying, what the heck did she give it away for, then... the ways we do "give it away" start whispering up at us.

a gift you gave me. Thanks.
