I never tire of looking close at the work of your hands and heart.
Once again, thank you.
your thought process and stitching is also "grace"
So beautiful. Do you use batting in these handstitched quilts, Judy? Or just two layers of fabric? They're just marvelous.
There is cotton batting in this piece. The indigo dyed side is linen. The purple side is rayon on top, cotton on the bottom. It's a small piece, but has a wonderful texture. Thanks for your comments.
yes it is...
so i went to your quilt home and had a bigger look, judy, this one is quite lovely. thank you.
lovely. lovely gift and marker of time.Drank my coffee yesterday morning visiting your other blog, got mesmerized in your star patterns of light dark, color, texture... suddenly my coffee was stone cold. Beautiful visit.
Very inspiring, I have all those indigo pieces from my workshop in Japan, I now know what I might do with them.
