materials

wrapped wild clover that was covered with leaves and snow over a period of two years.

Materials are a language.
They speak about complex things, most beneath the surface.
Process is more important than the end result.

will you be unrolling and revealing or will it live as it is????

I'm not sure what the next step will be. I think I'll just keep documenting it for a while. Shall leave it for at least one more winter.

One layer of white linen wrapping has nearly completely disitegrated. There remains about five more layers of cloth wrappings, including embroidered cotton and clothing before one arrives at the 5 feet high stalks of clover. I am interested to watch and record the process.
